2. What should I do if the machine cannot connect to Wi-Fi?
①This feeder is only access to 2.4Ghz network and 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi routers. Please make sure you are not using a 5G network.
②The feeder should get close to the router, no more than 13ft.
③Make sure they have entered the right Wi-Fi password, especially be careful to the capital letters and the space.

3. What should I do if the feeder cannot dispense food?
①Use dry pet food between 0.10" and 0.70", no canned, snacks or wet food.
②Use a dry cloth to clean the food outlet and the infrared tube regularly.
