1. What kinds of pets can use this bottle?
This bottle has capacity of 350ml. Great for small animals/pets like rabbit, guinea pig, puppy, cat, small dog, hamster, chinchillas, ferret and more.
2. My pets can not get adequate water/Hard to get water/Overflow water.
The steel ball and spring in the sipper tube has been well adjusted to control waterflow. If it comes out overflow water or hard to get water, please screw off the sipper tube and re-adjust it(pull or press the spring slightly) to drain out adequate waterflow for pets.
3. Waterdrop drips when first time use.
Please flick the sipper tube to drain out excess water after filling up the bottle as there may be waterdrop drips due to air pressure difference.
