Troubleshooting tips:

Charge the collar 8 hours straight for the first use. Pair the remote and the collar if the collar won't respond with the remote. To pair the collar and the remote, remove the screw of the collar then gently poke the reset button inside the hole. Then hold the V button of the remote for the 1st collar and keep holding it until the collar vibrates. Repeat the procedure for the 2nd collar.
