Charge the collar 8 hours straight for the first use. Pair the remote and the collar if the collar won't respond with the remote. To pair the collar and the remote, remove the screw of the collar then gently poke the reset button inside the hole. Then hold the small button of the remote and keep holding it until the collar vibrates. If the red or yellow led light of the remote is flickering or no light, replace the 9-volt battery.
